Returns and Refund Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging and proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at stridepro@use.startmail.com. Returns must be sent only after prior approval to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, or final sale items.
If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to customer preference or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
